I had Suplab on a couple of projects and got to work with him over the past 3 years. We really worked closely on different critical projects on mission critical applications. Suplab belongs to the class of gifted IT professionals who can easily switch from one technology to another, from one IT domain to another, from one business domain to another in no time. He accumulates so many qualities that makes him stand apart: soft, good communication skills, sharp mind, structured, passionate about technology, to name a few.
Suplab, thanks to his genuine full stack profile and all of the above, has what it takes to grow to a seasoned Solution Architect. I worked with Suplab in several high profile Java development projects in AXA Insurance Belgium.
