    • Started Vignette's offshore engineering effort. Worked abroad to train the offshore team for an extended period of time. Facilitated Vignette's shift to a predominantly offshore model of development.

    • Recommended new techniques and processes in software development. These processes for bug tracking and code review were standardized and adopted across product groups.

    • Worked closely with professional services, customer support and QA to trace and identify difficult bugs, and to resolve customer issues. Instrumental in saving customer accounts.

  • Senior Manager

    • Created the computer-based training (CBT) that enabled Lloyds Steel to codify their standard operating procedures, and get ISO 9000 certified.

    • Architected the Tata Group Web site, with streaming multimedia, chat rooms, and virtual reality. This was the very first time that the $9 billion company established a web presence.

    • Trained as an internal auditor for ISO 9000. Developed ISO 9000 processes for the company, and enabling it to achieve certification.

    • Managed groups of 30 managers, engineers, and artists. Responsible for customer schedules.
