Pascal has the rare gift enabling him to understand and break down complex and for most of us unsurmountable problems at a speed that is striking. His ingenious solutions factor in risks and angles you would never have thought of. You can be sure he will succeed in whatever he sets his mind to. He is a kind, level-headed personality and one of the persons I learned most from in my career.

I had the pleasure to work with Pascal at Zuehlke and later at Resourcify. As a both business oriented and hands on technology leader, he always understood how to guide the development team towards successful outcomes. Pascal seeks deep understanding of the business domain and is a expert software engineer and architect. These skills make Pascal a valuable key player in any project. Therefore I highly recommend Pascal as an upgrade to any development team.

Pascal has a secret sauce that makes him a successful entrepreneur. The first ingredient is his ability to combine entrepreneurial thinking, technology, sustainability and innovation.
