Matt consistently displays a willingness to lead the team and extend his experience in new areas. He has assumed roles above and beyond his direct position as a programmer including developing and managing relationships with the user community, and creating project schedules and deliverables. Matt applies an abstract, creative thinking style to achieve measurable results. Matt’s enthusiasm and positive attitude considerably improve the team dynamics. I appreciate the measurable results of his direct contributions to the project.

Matthew and I worked on the redesign of a large, database-driven website. Yes, he can code--but there are a lot of people who can do that. What Matthew does better than most developers is contribute innovative ideas and approaches to solving business problems. Working with Matthew was like being part of a band--he could execute his role flawlessly, and he could enhance the work of other people on the team.

Matt is an expert at assembling verticle web software solutions. At USi Matt and I worked together utilizing the new Ruby on Rails Web 2.0 paradigm. Matt is a good working, reliable, and friendly individual. I have seen how much he loves software development and how much he cares about his business clients. I would recommend Matt not only to get the job done, but to get the job done correctly.
