In charge of a small team of consultant working from our office to build innovative blockchain prototype for our clients. Hiring & managing consultants as well as meeting clients worldwide to sell my offer were my main activities appart from driving the team technically on day to day.

I built a consulting offer from scratch, starting as real intrapreneur inside Amaris. I was myself my first consultant and then I develop my offer, clients and teams to reach the financial break-even in only 5 months and hiring a team of 10 consultants in Lyon and Paris in about a year.

Eleven teams of the world’s most talented coders worked for 48 hours to co-create the next level of anti-counterfeiting blockchain-based solutions for consumers, enforcement authorities, logistic operators and legitimate companies.We build a common team with Amsterdam startup @Unchain.io and won the second prize of Custom challenge. Our solution TrustTrack optimize the customs work to tackle the entrance of counterfeiting products in Europe with Blockchain technologies. Working as senior data architect for AMPM migration project. We were writing the technical requirements in preparation for the call for tenders. The project involve critical multi-governamental data exchanges in various part of the world.

Working as senior data architect at Solvay on group HSE tool migration. We were delivering the migration of the existing tool into the newly bought cloud solution. It involves various data integration flow from heterogeneous data sources. The project was worldwide in Solvay group and involve some project management together with technical writing specifications and technical assessment of tools and services.

Working as data integration engineer in the EDI team at XPO. Building complex data interchanges for specific clients in the chemical industry. Writing of specifications and implementation of data interchanges, tests and release in production. Project management & reporting to client, agency and management.

Working as head of data integration at Dimotrans Group IT department, I was refering directly to the Chief Information Officer. Managing the migration of existing EDI tool into the new tool.
