I had the pleasure to work with Konstantin and can confidently say that there is no one I've ever worked with possessing better attention to detail and pure focus on solving the problem at hand. We worked side-by-side to architect systems and solve many business problems and he continued to impress me with every solution. Building business solutions is a very creative process and can become very emotional with that much creativity invested. Konstantin was always so very good at seeing the facts of the problem and coming to best in class solutions, regardless of emotional investment. Anybody would be lucky to have Konstantin on their team as he is a true asset to his profession.

Working with Konstantin and his team at Elders is great. Clear communication, with the right info, technical depth and he and the Elders team help highlight flaws or risks that I had not thought of. It is turning into a real partnership that is helping us both grow. To date the team have help me with Devops (Terraform), building web portals, securing Google Cloud Services and design work.
