  Lead engineer on a cross functional platform team with a heavy focus on AWS native solutions. Our work largely consisted of moving product developers away from legacy cad tools to cad tools that integrated with cloud native tools.

  • Lead development of greenfield UI for Nike's digital 3d material library (Vue/Vuex)

• Senior Engineer - Nike Digital Commerce,

  Nodejs and javascript full-stack developer on the Commerce in the Cloud: UX Foundation team, specializing in backend services, server deployment, application service integration, dev-ops, and universal javascript applications.

  • Major Tools and Technologies used: Netflix cloud tools (asgard, spinnaker, eureka, etc), Nodejs (express and restify), Universal Vuejs and React, GraphQL, Groovy, Jenkins, Git, Github/Stash, AWS (lambdas, ec2, dynamo, s3, kinesis, etc), and ElasticSearch.

  • Created and maintained universal javascript applications

  • Contributed major improvements and additions to dev-ops community pipeline focused around application building and server deployment. The community pipeline was used in projects across the Nike ecosystem.

  • Created and maintained node tools to replace Netflix AWS tooling (service discovery, circuit breaking, and service discovery)

  • Created and maintained node service blueprint tailored for the Nike application environment.

  • Utilized full stack knowledge to architect and lead a team to build a rapid prototyping platform written in VueJS and backed by Nodejs services. Platform allowed prototypers to create high fidelity prototypes (html/css/js) via a web based IDE or locally via a CLI tool. Prototypes created on the platform could be distributed and shared through organization via granular security.

  At OCHIN, I was responsible for the creation and maintenance of a collection of web applications that served as a central data platform for healthcare data.
