Accredited laboratory supervisor of a basic plastics and composites operations laboratory on ISO/IEC 17025 with 11 standards including ASTM and ISO. Responsibilities include to monitor and manage all processes and operations, traceability, equipment calibration and maintenance, qualification of personnel, control of environment conditions, compliance across laboratory (corrective and preventive actions, supplier and subcontractor management), sample acceptance, preparation, design and implementation according to test standards (with support of SOLIDWORKS CAM and CAD via CNC machining), conditioning, sampling, sample handling, testing, quality of results, reporting with conditions and uncertainty, documenting and ensuring integrity and security of records.
