Prison Hill was my first foray into the world of professional brewing. While I was there I got the opportunity to learn from an experienced Head Brewer.
Redesigned processes that increased sugar conversion efficiency by 5%, and also shortened brewing time by approximately an hour.
Taught head brewer data analysis to forecast the brew schedule that increased beers offered by 50%.
