Highlights
My team delivered Balto Gamification, a brand new feature designed to improve the call center agent experience which was completed in 3 months and has awarded approximately 20,000 badges to agents and scores 1 Million messages per day
Raised the standard in sprint reviews with cinematic demo videos that got the entire organization hyped about the product
Found and prevented a critical service outage with a load test I wrote and performed using Locust, AWS, and DataDog
Eliminated tech debt by updating class based components in legacy code to new functional React components
Co-championed a highly requested QA Exports feature that no one wanted to work on due to the complexity of the queries
Led the design and UX overhaul of Leaderboard Agent Experience
Helped organize #hack-pack -a group of 35 non-engineers who wanted to learn to code
Served on Balto's DEI board
Created a DEI Grievance Procedure for the entire organization
Co-Championed organizing a DAP assessment that gave the organization
